But essentially, I've discovered a secondary source of rift radiation that only* appears during anomalous events like the pulse that shut down the station, and a rift storm during June. Both events interfered with Liminal powers. The effects were only temporary, but your powers malfunctioning has a way of revealing things you didn't previously know you were capable of.
* We also have a non-Liminal teenager in Medical who's emitting this same rift radiation. I'm investigating the disappearance of her father. It's a long story.
