I'm not quite sure how things will look after we do replicate them. But my theory is that I should be able to "attach" an illusion to the artificially created Waldinger particles, and the illusion should sustain itself without my supervision.

They're not wrong, are they? He isn't the same as he was before. It may be that the ultimate thing Parson needs is to ungraft Gavin's imprint from his brain, so he can return to normal.

Exactly. That's the ideal scenario. If we could build a device that continuously emits Waldinger particles, and then mass produce that device, we could have hundreds of my illusions going at once, all in different locations and serving different purposes.
